Upgrade review...

Howzit guys.
Im about to upgrade my gaming rig and wanted some opinions
by the end of the upgrade, my specs will be:

i7-3770k
MSI Z77A-GD65
DDR3 1333 12GB
PowerColor 7970
Corsair AX1200

Obviously i have HDDs, a case, etc but dont want to waist your time...
btw i already have the 7970

Im looking to watercool my rig... Any ideas? not on a huge budget but not more than $200 or so
