I just built my own budget rig last month and now I'm ready to put in some upgrades.
Rig
G4560
Asus Prime b250m-a
4gb kingston value ram
5200rpm seagate 1tb hdd
Galax 1050ti oc

What should I upgrade? Should I go ryzen, add more ram, add an sdd or go Rgb(jk)

What kind of gaming are you trying to do?

#1 Thing I see is that hard drive....get at least a 7200rpm HDD if not an SSD/HDD combo.

#2 Modest upgrade in RAM. 8GB.

Ryzen would be a more expensive upgrade since you will need a new motherboard and check RAM compatibility

right now il get this :
Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz for $125 then oc it to 1866 on the cheap, then after a few months you can get the i5 7600k and overclocked the hell out of it then work your way to a gtx 1080 another few months after that

Do not listen to this guy.

I would start with a 250GB SATA SSD. Keep that 5400 RPM drive, use it to store games. This will increase system snappiness tenfold. Then head on up to 8 GB of RAM.

Further down the line, you could go to Ryzen 3. It would give you a solid upgrade path and the ability to overclock. Does your case have decent airflow?

Planning to play AAA title games on med/high settings.

Case only has 2 fans and the airflow isn't good enough. I'll probably go with ram first.
