Upgrade suggestions from AMD FX(tm)-8150 + GTX 770 2GB sli

I got the following rig:
AMD FX(tm)-8150 Eight-Core Processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 2GB sli
Sabertooth 990fx r2.0
16GB ram 1800mhz
PSU EVGA 850watts

Im looking to make an upgrade from this rig, and i was hoping to get your help. Im open to all kind of suggestions, I want to build a gaming pc, i currently playing at 1080p 60hz since i got a 23 samsung tv as monitor and some times my pc seems to be slow or stutterers in some of the latest games. Im looking to invest in something that can really get more power 20% or higher will be great.

Seems like what you need is a new Motherboard, CPU, RAM, and video card upgrade. I would wait for the Geforce GTX 1070 release in Q3. One should be quite an upgrade already but you can go with two if you want.
