Upgrade Tips for new games

So i wanna play apex legends and other new games but seems like they need SSE4.2,so i wanna get a good CPU/MOBO to run those games
I am going to get a 1050ti in some time so i am kinda tight on budget

I see you have a Dell right now. Are you comfortable building a system from scratch, or are you looking for another pre-built?
