I am planning on making a 1440p build with high FPS in e-sport games and 60+ FPS in AAA games on ultra settings. This is my first pc so I'm not very familiar with the everything and this is an upgrade to my last build. Need to see if these components are compatible.

Also I got doubts to whether the CPU cooler using a liquid or air cooler, I plan on overclocking.

List:
CPU: Intel - Core i7-8700K
Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 or Corsair h110i or Corsair h115i
Motherboard: MSI - Z370 GAMING M5
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000
Storage: Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 500GB 2.5"
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5"
Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1080 8GB G1
Case: Cooler Master - MasterCase Maker 5t
PS: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 650W 80+ Gold

Solution
the cooler have no problem to go even higher than 4.5Ghz.
you might need to delid the CPU if the temps are too bad, but you will have to do it with any cooler if you are unlucky.
they are compatible.
though i'd use a bit smaller cooler like the NH-U14s. no need to overspend on AiO as the good air coolers do same or better job at lower noise.
also, any of the following MB would be a better idea:

Thanks for the MB recommendations I will change mine wasn't sure about a good z370 MB and even if I want to OC to 4.5 do I still use the NH-U14S? I want to get the most out of the CPU.
