How much of a performace upgrade in gaming would i see by swapping an 11600k for a 5700x3d? I mainly play single player games, Assetto Corsa, CS2 and WoW.

Current Setup:
CPU: i5 11600k
Cooler: ID-Cooling SE 224 xts
GPU: Rx 6700xt
Mobo: MSI b560m pro-e
RAM: 32gb ddr4 hikvision
PSU: XPG Core Reactor 750w
Storage: 2 ssd 1hdd and 1 m.2 ssd

I know there are other options for upgrading like getting a Z590 motherboard and overclocking my cpu or buying the new AM5 platform but the problem with them is costs as in the country where I live the only z590 motherboards available are around 500usd and an AM5 combo with a r5 7600x +mobo+ddr5 ram is around 600/650usd while the 5700x3d+mobo is around 400/450usd.

RAM: 32gb ddr4 hikvision
What speed is that ram kit running at? 2x16GB ram kit?

If you got a Z590 chipset board, you'd be able to overclock the processor which in it's current state is neutered due to the B560 chipset. If your ram isn't a DDR4-3200MHz , tight latency klit, then you're losing out on performance.

In all honesty, you're going to have to invest in a B550 chipset motherboard in order to consider a Ryzen 7 5700X3D dropping in, not to mention that Ryzen likes fast, tight latency dual channel ram kits. In the Ryzen's B550 chipset predicament, you're going to see benefits with a DDR4-3600MHz tight latency 2x16GB ram kit.

but the problem with them is costs as in the country where I live
Where are you located? What sort of a budget have you allocated with your "upgrade path? Preferred site for purchase? Why are you considering on upgrading anyway? How much would an 11th Gen i7 cost you?

Im in Argentina, and the ram kit i currently have is running at 3200mhz, my budget is around 500usd. As for the preffered site of purchase, local stores is all I have at hand because of restrictions around importing products. So amazon ebay or newegg are not viable options.
11th gen i7 and i9 are nowhere to be found new and in the used market are around 500/700usd, idk why it is like that but the only 11th gen cpu easily availably are the 11400 and 11600k. I cannot explain why but 11th gen is insanely pricey here.
