Upgrade Win7 32Bit to Win1064Bit?

Heyo.

Can I install the creational tool of win 10 64 bit on a usb and then open it and double click on setup.exe for a clean install of win 10 from Win732 bit to 64bit? Thanks!!

No.
1. From Win 7 to 10, you first MUST do an Upgrade, rather than a clean install. It must be run from within an existing OS. You can't do a clean install first.
You can then do a clean install after the system has been upgraded.
2. From 32bit to 64bit, you MUST do a clean install. THere is no upgrade path for that.

The 64bit install won't even run on a 32bit system.

Ok, I am french so just to make sure I got this right

step 1) upgrade to windows 10 32 bit from Win7 32bit with creational tool?
step 2)clean install of windows 10 64 from 32bit with creational tool? I dont have any cd but a win7 32 bit one with serial number I bought a long time ago.

No.
A better way forward would be to change your existing Win 7 32bit to Win 7 64bit.
Then Upgrade to Win 10.

Either way, the change from 32bit to 64bit will require a full reinstall of the OS and your applications.
