Okay listen ,

http://www.computeruniverse.net/en/

is a German shop that sends to Lithuania , and it charges only 11 euros to send all items ALL to your country.

and they are very good site.

you dont need to upgrade cpu and Motherboard , trust me on this.

All what you need is new power and new case , and 8G of RAM and gtx 970 and will be done.

dont think you dont need GTX 970 , once you see it and try it , you will know what I am talking about.

and your motherboard is micro ATX so you can if you want get a cool matx case smaller than Full ATX case. I can help you choose a nice looking one.

as for SSD , get Samsung 850 Evo 128GB ... I will look for good combination for you in the 500 euro range ...

You could also upgrade everything except the motherboard and CPU. The GTX 950 isn't exactly a powerhouse beast of a card and would probably do just fine with an i3-2100. Going from a Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz dual core to a Haswell 3.7GHz dual core when both are multiplier locked is not really enough of an upgrade to me to justify it.

Personally, I'd put your old board, old CPU, new GPU, new RAM, and new PSU in a new case. Later on you can take the money you didn't spend on this, plus extra you've saved towards the next upgrade, and go with a new board and quad core CPU. Be a little careful here, since your next board at that point would have DDR4 so you'll also need new RAM; I believe 2x4GB DDR3 should be about 40€ so it's not a huge loss here.

Edit: If you'd like to spend as much of your budget as you can, for some reason, then I'd still keep the old CPU and motherboard but I'd toss in a SSD. I'm thinking you'll get a faster feeling computer with a 3.1GHz dual core with an SSD than a 3.7GHz dual core with a mechanical hard drive.

Second Edit: Your old board doesn't support SATA-III. I'm in the same boat and I get 270MB/s reads and writes. Still destroys anything that a mechanical drive will do, and the access time isn't limited by the 3Gb/s SATA-II port.

hello,

Listen carefully ,

Pay 300 euros for a GTX 970 , then think of the rest.

here is the best thing to do ,

Get GTX 970 for 300 euros.
get 2x4 G of DDR3 1600 Ram for 60 euros (dont get lower than DDR3 1600)
get a 600 watts power supply for 70 euros.
get a case you like.

you are done. you dont need to change all stuff.

Later on , when you have money make a new PC and move the GTX 970 to it.

Edit : and look in ebay for an i5 used sandy bridge you will find them cheap like 50 euros only.

This is what I would upgrade in order.
PSU (It has a generic low end PSU that can't power a better graphics card)
Graphics (Gtx 970 or r9 390)
Then system Ram, get 2x4GB sticks
Then worry about the cpu and motherboard if need be.

By the time you drop in the new graphics card you are already leaps and bounds ahead of the one you linked for around the same price or less. Most games are not cpu dependent.
