In addition to exact PSU, are these your current specs or things you want to upgrade to? What's the purpose of this machine? What's the purpose of this upgrade? What's the budget? You're basically asking us to recommend you computer parts without any indication given as to what you use the PC for, what you desire, or how much you're willing to spend.

In spite of that being an HEDT CPU, it gets curb stomped by every skew in the 13th gen lineup.

Blindly, I would say to take advantage of one of Microcenter's combo deals on a new 13th gen CPU and motherboard. In addition to that would also replace the graphics card with something newer while considering the questions about your power supply.

So, in essence, new system time.

The supply was a deal and it work great . I am in Canada. I use my computer a lot. Use video software and 3d design. The hdd is just storage of video and photo. This is my current specs. My budget is 1000 dollars approx. so it was for and upgrade . Thanks
