I have a Asus z790 MB with intel 14900k, RTX 4090, DDR5 7200 64 GB, two M.2 4TB each 5th Gen running Raid0. I am wanting to get a Asus z890 Hero Maximus and Intel Core 9 285, can I setup in bios Raid0 and keep everything on system without have to start over again reinstalling Win 11 Pro and all my software

Operating System
Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i9 14900K 30 °C
Raptor Lake 10nm Technology
RAM
64.0GB Unknown @ 7200MHz
Motherboard
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. ROG STRIX Z790-E GAMING WIFI (LGA1700) 27 °C
Graphics

4083MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 (PNY) 27 °C
Storage
7452GB Intel Raid 0 Volume (RAID (SSD))

So your system appears to live on 2x 4TB drives, in RAID 0. Being a single volume of 7452GB.
Win 11 Pro.

And you want to change the motherboard and CPU from Z790/14900k to Z890 Hero/9-285

And hope to just plug it all in and it boots up with the old OS and everything else?

Yeah.....no.
That is highly unlikely to actually work.
