Not sure if this is the best forum to post this... but Im having a big issue with my new upgraded build. Whenever my comp wakes up from sleep or from turning on it disconnects the internet. Not just for the PC... everything! My entire wired and wireless network shuts off. I have to reset the modem and router every time i wake my PC up to work again. Current Build is:

Windows 10 PRO
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 *just addded
Corsair 16GB 2666 DDR4*just addded
GTX 1080
MSI Tomahawk b350 mobo*just addded

Any ideas? I cant stand this issue...

Is your computer connected wired or wirelessly? Try plugging the other end of the cable into another network port. If the problem doesn't replicate, then it's a port on the router causing it.
Additionally, try downloading the latest network interface card drivers for your motherboard:
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B350-TOMAHAWK#down-driver&Win10%2064

Try unchecking this box also:

Do these steps one at a time so you know what is causing the problem.

Ok so tried all that with no luck. What i decided to try which I didn't think of was to directly connect my modem to my comp. Doing this and putting it to sleep and on DIDN'T effect the internet. But when I went back to using my Netgear Nighthawk R6700 as my router it disconnected all the internet. So all I can think is that its my router. Just ordered a new one for next day delivery so we shall see. Sad seeing how this router is only 6 months old if it is the culprit...
