Question Upgraded build now won’t post

Seeking some help in the right direction here. I just installed some new parts and now I can’t get past post the screen just looks fractured, also during its boot stage dram light on mobo lingers with a yellow color but eventual goes away an moves to a green boot light as soon as the screen glitching starts.
Mobo user manual doesn’t have light codes but it mentions beeps which I don’t hear at all, only sound is CPU pump kicking on.

Parts just installed
Asus TUF GAMING Z790-plus-wifi
Intel i9-12900KF
Crucial pro DDR5 2x 16gb 5600mt/s
NZXT kraken 240
Asiahorse extension cable kit

Still using
Corsair RM850x
Asus noctua RTX 3070

I’ve triple checked over connections and tried reseating ram twice with it in the manufacture recommend slots. All the case an GPU fans are works a the CPU cooler screen displays its image.
I haven’t tried getting rid of the cable extensions yet, anyone have issues with something like that before or is this possibly deeper? I’m worried about defective hardware atm. Defective mobo or cpu issue?
I’ll provide anything else I can to anyone willing to spare their time.
(Don’t mind dust in front fans, 240mm noctuas are in the mail 😂)

where exactly are these 3rd party cables being used?

They are the tan/brown cables in the picture, plugged into both the atx 12v (there are two) and atx pwr, also gpu power.
Decided to try reseating the cpu although I’m confident it was correct the first time I wanted to inspect pins, they all appeared okay, checked with a bright light. I’ll try an eliminate the 3rd party cables now an see what happens

Removed all the 3rd party cables an still have the exact same issue.
