Long time Pc gamer, first time poster. This is the first time I've ever ran into any issues with a build. Basically everything began when I upgraded my Ram from Corsair - Vengeance 4GB x4 1600mhz to Corsair Dominator platinum's 1833mhz 4gb x4. At first everything seemed fine, but noticed my screen freezing and also when I tried to enter the bios. I figured, my bios is telling me the machine is running 1333mhz, so I said hey, let's go ahead and enable XMP and bam it changed to 1833mhz. I thought that was it, but the problem persisted and then began to constantly reboot and this is after I reset all values to default settings. Tried reseating the components, but to no avail. Went ahead and started searching through forums and someone suggested to remove the CMOS battery and let your bios reset, so I did (including draining the power) and no luck. I'm not an expert, but more of an enthusiast, so my knowledge is mostly limited to putting the pc together and adjusting most settings.

Rig:
Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge Quad-Core 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155
Z77A -GD65 Gaming Motherboard
CORSAIR Dominator Platinum 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model CMD16GX3M2A1866C9
EVGA 012-P3-1571-KR GeForce GTX 570 HD w/Display-Port (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
CORSAIR CX series CX750M 750W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS
128gb SSD
1TB HDD

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

There is an OC button, but I haven't overlocked anything, due to my lack of experience in it. I have to get the pc to stop rebooting itself to be able to access the Bios.

update: I reseated everything once again and it was able to boot up with XMP enabled. Everything seemed good, except that my cursor kept indicating that it was loading something. Processed of elimination, I found that my curse client was culprit. Uninstalled and everything seemed great! this morning I booted up my pc again and It started rebooting over and over......would removing the cmos battery cause it to lose juice? buy a new battery perhaps?
