DX4860... upgraded the cpu to i3-3245.... Computer won't boot up....Looking to update bios.. currently P02-A2.... i don't believe there is a current bios update.. what to do??? Reinstalled original cpu and works fine...Thanks for your time and efforts...

Yes I did check...there is accually a P03-A3 update on Gateway website... but others have tried the update with no luck... Gateway says you can only update bios PO2-A2 to a newer version P02-A....... you can't go from P02 to P03.... the update you are referring to is for win 8.1 and is not an accual update per Gateway... Is this the only reason the computer won't boot because of the bios? Thanks...
Gateway's spec sheet suggests your PC uses the H67 chipset.
