Question upgraded cpu on my b450f II now white light and pc wont boot

i have updated the bios to the latest version; 4901. I switched the CPU back and the pc turned on just fine. when I reinstalled the new CPU the same issue occurs; white light and no post at all.

So what brand is your mobo, also what CPU did you install into said mobo?
