Upgraded GPU twice, new 8350, still have graphical stuttering

No games are rendering correctly. Seems to be bad graphical stuttering. Cutscenes are choppy. Anti aliasing seems off.

Began when I first got new GPU a 7850 HD, then installed windows 8.1. seemed to be a problem so I have upgraded everything. Still having the same issue now with a r9 280 3Gigs.

It's driving me mad, mate. Could it be windows updates? windows 8.1? I have no idea

I had a buddy that used to do that back in the early 2000s before there were many places to order from online. Newegg was about it and that could take a week since they are in California and we are in Georgia. So he would order from the egg and go buy whatever it was he needed at Best Buy then return it when the online order finally got here. I always used to joke Best Buy changed their return policy just because of him. Best Buy management always gave us dirty looks. :lol:

Anyway that Seasonic is a great choice. Enjoy.
