Hi, I bought 1TB SSD for Windows 10 Home Edition and my best games. My 7+ year old 500GB HDD that windows 10 originally was on, I just went ahead and put away- I did not clone, did fresh windows 10 install from usb to SSD. ( I also have 1TB HDD no windows installed on it, was just for games )- Just formatted it. When I did a performance test from "passmark" with my original HDD'd, my 2D and 3D graphics scores were ( 2D- 90.1 ) and ( 3D- 4919.7 ), and "my system VS the world" from passmark was 10%. After installing the SSD my score is now with passmark ( 2D- 1003.5 ) and ( 3D- 12034.6 ), and my system VS the world score is now 58%. I have a i-5 7600k not OC'ed, and (1) GTX 980. I must say that I installed (2) new 8GB ram sticks @2400mhz, from the originally 8GB (2)-4GB ram sticks @2133mhz, and the passmark scores without SSD was about the same, and also ( VS the world )- 10%, except the disk score was ( 1111.7 ) with 8GB ram. After I double the ram, my disk score changed to ( 4528.1 ) with out SSD. Now with 16GB ram and with new SSD my disk score is ( 4923.9 ). Ran test twice for each change and test score about the same. Can someone please explain why such big difference with 2d, 3d graphics score and (vs ) the world score, if you're familiar with passmark.
Do not have screen shots.

More info.
My cpu score for all changes was about the same, ( 7000.0 )
Memory scores ( 2465.2 )1 - ( 3076.1 )2 - ( 3126.5 )3

ASUS ROG STRIX B250F GAMING MOBO
CPU i-5 7600k not OC'ed
WD blue 1TB SSD
WD blue 1TB HDD

Thank You

IMO, your improvements are from a clean OS install rather than the SSD.
