Upgraded my memory system keeps on rebooting.

I have an abit IC7-g mobo running pc3200 memory with raid-0 installed.
I had 1 gig of memory and upgraded to 2 gigs of memory and my system keeps on rebooting before going into windows.

I have tested out the new memory and it works fine by itself.

there is only 4 slots I have to use all of them. 4*512 mb of kingston value ram all the same. All the ram is shown during post. Just not sure if there is something wrong with windows, cause it boots up fine with 1 gig.

How did you test it? If you haven't used memtest86+ yet, run it with each of the pairs of modules alone in the system, and then with all 4 installed.
