Question Upgraded PC and now don't have display

Hey y'all,
I just upgraded my pc to a 9700k, 2080, z390 pro4, and 16 gb of vengeance ram. The pc will turn on and everything looks good, all fans spinning, but still no picture. I've made sure the cable is secure and tried unplugging and plugging everything back in. Any suggestions will help thanks!

Would it be worth it to take out the cmos battery for a bit?

Need to take the cpu out of the socket again. Inside the socket are pins,see if one is out of alignment.

can test with just one stick of ram in the second slot from the cpu out as well.

Ok I just tested with the single stick of ram and no luck. I'm not sure if this will help at all but one of my chassis fans is kinda pulsing but im not sure if thats related. Also the pins look good.

take it out the case and test it outside
