Upgraded ram now my PC is slow

So I just now upgraded 4 additional ram to my PC so I have 4x2gb dual channel ddr2 334mhz (5-5-5-15) but it is super slow now. What do I do?

Is it back to normal if you remove the new modules? Are all modules identical?
