Still a little glitchy when I play games on OpenEmu. Included screen shots of activity monitor: Memory, CPU, Energy and Disk usage. Thought this might help.

Specs:

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2010)
2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
16 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB

The only thing I can think of is the GPU (which can't be changed). I know upgrading to an SSD would help a lot but not sure if it'd solve this problem. It's not fluid gameplay all the time.

Thanks for reading! Hope to hear a solution.

Programs/games get bigger and bigger and more complex, even 5 years ago the Core 2 Duo CPUs was on the slower side, most wer moving to Quads by then. And sadly most laptops can't be OCed, you could try a fresh install of your OS which would speed things up probably, over time you get a buildup of junk files that slows thing down also, could also try defragging the drive
