Upgraded to Windows 10. Constantly Freezing?

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 without any issues i just fancied having windows 10 to be up to date. Ever since upgrading to windows 10 all i have had is problems with freezing. The computer freezes randomly at any time there doesnt seem to be a pattern but it mainly happens when i am in games or game loading screens. In addition to this The Division game also keeps crashing at random times. Everything seems to run fine if i am just using the PC for general things like Office and browsing the internet. The problem seems to occur when i put any kind of strain on the PC when running games.

Can anyone help. this is my first PC and i havent a clue what i am doing . Its got to the point where im that frustrated with it i feel like wiping the whole PC and starting again.

Question from Knowlesi__16 : "The Division Crashing Constantly"

I have recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. On the upgrade i had to re install everything onto my system again in W10. Since doing this all i have had is crashes with the game. I have never gone a whole gaming session with my friends without it crashing which has never happened when i was on windows 7.
Could someone please help as i am stuck and cant seem to find the issue. i have also contacted UPlay to see if they can help me out.
