Upgrades for my dell optiplex 760 mini tower?

I would like to boost the performance of my PC. I'm not opposed to replacing anything. I just need more info on what parts to get so I can optimize my gaming performance. I mean I'm not looking to try and make it a full blown gaming PC, because its just an old computer, but I'd like for it to be Semi-decent at running games. I know that it Has an Intel Core 3 Duo CPU, and 4 GB of RAM. That's all I know. I just need some help from some tech gurus. Thanks

you need a low profile video card and thats about it with the 760s
