Upgrades for my pc

This is my current build:

So im gonna be upgrading my GPU and PSU. I was thinking about 2 evga 970 FTW:s in SLI or 2 evga 980:s in SLI.
My PSU is not gonna be ebough so that im going to be upgrading to a fractal design newton r3 1000w.

Would this build make sense and should I upgrade anything else in my build?

If you are going to do such a big upgrade you should consider heavy overclock on the 8350, otherwise you may experience bottleneck.

No my mobo can't handle it.. I've tried. And I want to buy an intel cpu.
