Anything I need to upgrade my pc for optimal performance.

Corsair vengance 3000mz 16gb ram 2x8
Gigabyte ultra gaming x470
Evga 750w psu
1tb hdd

You're good as is. Maybe add aftermarket cooling and see if you can ditch the 3000MHz ram kit and get a 3200MHz ram kit. Outside of that you're still rocking a good system. You never did mention what you're understanding of optimal performance is

Well I'm having issues getting consistent fps for destiny 2. Sometimes it's good at 80+ but then it will drop to 40-50 fps.
