You have two options...
Either get a gtx 760 @ 250$ It currently is the sweet spot in the entire lineup and provides the best bang for the buck

Or spend a bit more and get a hd 7970 which is around 10% faster on average..

Yes you certainly have to upgrade it.....Atleast get a 600W PSU for these gpus.
What are the rest of your specs BTW?

I think this is harder to upgrade now since its a compact case.maybe I'll just go to my nearest computer store and let them upgrade it for me
