Question Upgrading a MSI Codex 3

Hi guys. I bought an MSI Codex 3 a while back,kinda regret it now,but w/e.
Want to upgrade pretty much some components right now,that would be GPU and more ram.
Inside i have :

Intel i5-7400
MSI H110M PRO-VH
GTX 1050 2gb
some Kingston 1x8GB stick (SDRam or DD4? CPU-Z shows DDR4,but i searched model number it was SDRam ( MSI24D4U7S8MH-8 )
& Delta manafactured 350w Power Supply.

So i'm thinking of upgrading to Palit GTX 1660 ( NE51660S18J9-1161A )
& replacing existing ram to 2x8GB so i get the dual channel benefit.

So the question is. Can i do the upgrade without upgrading PSU? From internet psu ''calculators'',i don't. But all GTX 1660 suggested PSU power to be 450W? Need some Smart people to answer this,not calculators.

The specsheet says DDR4 @2133MHz, two slots. I can't answer your PSU question, though, but "Delta" brand is kind of... shaky. If you are going to spend $300+ on GPU, spend $60 on better PSU as well.
