Upgrading a pentium 4

Hello guys...
I have a pentium 4 pc.Its configuration are
Intel pentium 4 Cpu 2.40 ghz
rAm 1.25 gb
32 bit
windows 7 service pack 1

these are my configuration u can check it from pics and i need a graphic card for it and by the way it's not compaq

Yes, but he could use that RAM for when he does upgrade. I am suggesting upgrades right now to him. For a new build:

You have the RAM and OS, so here is the rest.

seems a bit over the top, no? A 520W PSU, along with a 750? That seems far too high end for what he looks like he wants to use it for. I would suggest something like a simple 5450 or something along those lines. The PSU can be a 300W seasonic and will be just fine for his purposes. Your build is good for a mid range gaming pc but for a simple setup it's far too expensive.

He probably wants to game on it. A 520 W PSU is in case he ever wants to upgrade (I put a Z97 board in there for a reason ) He says $600, so no wasted money here.

And he needs a different OS. The existing Win 7 Ultimate 32bit is useless with more than 4GB RAM.

I am pretty sure he said he already got it and the RAM.

Yes, I do believe buying windows 7 home premium or pro will give you access to both versions if you buy a disc, since the disks all come with 64 and 32bit.
