Upgrading an "Acer Aspire AX1420G"

I am currently thinking about upgrading my desktop computer.

This link has the exact specs of my computer, I believe that the previous owners probably got it from Walmart (I got it from a Pawn Shop).


I am thinking about upgrading the RAM to 8GB, upgrading the PSU to supply more power than I actually need, getting a new video card and (if needed) getting a new case.

I am willing to spend as much money as needed, but I would like to keep costs low (Dont give me expensive "Name Brands" if cheaper items will work the same).
