Upgrading components on Gigabyte G41 - is it worth it?

I want to play Dota 2 (playable FPS). Lowest possible settings are also OK to me at 720p.
I dont really care for other games for now as i will be building a more intensive build in the near future (< 1 year).
Here are my PC specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte G41MT-S2
Processor: Intel Dual Core E2160 @1.80 Ghz
RAM : 2GB Transcend DDR3
GPU: Onboard Graphics

Here are Dota 2 minimum requirements list:

Processor: Dual core from Intel or AMD at 2.8 GHz.
Memory: 4 GB RAM.
Graphics: nVidia GeForce 8600/9600GT, ATI/AMD Radeon HD2600/3600.

The GPUs listed above are really hard to find near my locality or online (India).
Little bit of research suggested me to get a GTX 750 ti, but i think its too much money for not much use.

Please help me with the lowest possible budget upgrade.

Look in here: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-G41MT-S2-rev-13#support-cpu some Core 2 Quad would help a lot. GT 750 should be satisfied with it.
You also have way too little memory and need more of that too.
