Hello everyone. I've posted here before. For some other curious questions, since I dont know much about computer hardware. I've always though, bigger number must be better. What I wanted to know today is. I'm looking to upgrade my GPU, as there are some new games coming out this year and I would like to be able to record/stream them. Below is my current riglist.

I've already been told that my RAM is slow. I'm looking at faster RAM, but then someone told me, I could also upgrade my motherboard. But like I said. I dont know much about computer insides.

it isnt ideal. low clock speed and only single channel. personally, i wouldnt be okay with less than 2x4gb 1600mhz 1.5v. how if buying new, the difference in cost between 1866 1.5 2x4gb and the 1600mhz variety is pretty minimal.
the performance difference between 1866 and 1600 dual channel is tangible, even if not pronounced or even necessarily noticeable. tack on a couple more % gain if factoring in the diff between 1x8 1333 single channel compared to 2x4 1600mhz dual channel. more-so % increases when your current system is compared to a higher clocked dual channel system (1866 for example)

latency also matters. my gskill sniper 1866 1.5 cl 9-10-9 runs at cl8.9.8 on my old p67 mobo

Can we bring it down a couple of levels. Lol, I have no idea what your talking about. Upgrade ram or?
