Upgrading Computer, Wondering about Compatibility issues with the PSU

I'm upgrading to a
- i7-4790k cpu
- ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO mobo
- Rosewill Thor v2 case
- gtx 970 G1 gpu

I currently have a Rosewill 750 watt PSU, will the cords be long enough? Can i effectively use cord management without running out of cord? Will it be compatible? Will it run everything including the case fans without stability issues?

Yep. All the parts are compatible.

Don't worry it's enough. The processor average power consumption is 124w so, gpu max power is 150w =274w, + other components, let's say the power consumption is around 450w so you don't have why to worry. It's more than enough 750w.

What about the psu's cords being long enough on a foll tower such as the thor v2?
