[SOLVED] Upgrading Cooler

So, my CPU (A Rysen 7 2700) is running a bit hot. Now-a-days it runs between 82° and 90° depending on the workload, according to Speccy.

My question is what is the best Loop Liquid Cooler I can get for it?
My case can support 120mm & 140mm fans, and RGBs would be nice but are now required.

What cooler will drop the temperature by 10°?

Speccy is inaccurate and for the most part trash. Use the AMD Ryzen Master software to view your temps for a more realistic temp as well as having the 20 degree offset automatically subtracted.

Thanks. According to this, my temp is actually at 36°.
But what is Processor Thermal Control (PTC)? Cause that is at 95°.

That is the cpu's critical temperature, which will shut down on you if it is unable to cool down.
