You'll have to let Windows Update have its way. You might be able to delay it for 35 days, but sooner or later it will force you into an update. You ought to update now to make sure you are current and then decide whether or not you want to use any delaying tactics. You have some control over during what hours it will do the update.
Some people are obsessed with drivers. I'm not, as long as stuff is working as anticipated. Suit yourself.
