Question Upgrading CPU show pixelated image does my cpu is dead or faulty?

Hello guys i wish someone can explain what happening to my PC been having this problem when i put back my r5 5600g to my system it will show pixelated image when browsing the internet been using this processor for almost a half year bought it 2nd hand and it work fine now when i used any browser it crashed show some error (error code STATUS__ACCESS_VIOLATION) and it wont let me install new windows or any application i need to remove the r5 5600g and put put my old r3 2200g to installs windows or any application mind you if im using the r3 2200g no pixelated or any issue show up only when im using the r5 5600g i can still play some games like dota 2 but some game when i try running an error message will be display showing hardware error does my r5 5600g is dead? when i revert back to r3 2200g it all work fined.

Did you update the BIOS on your motherboard before installing the new 5000 series CPU? Have you updated the graphics driver for the iGPU?

Yes i update my b450m mortar max to the newest version available when i install the r5.

Yes updated both Bios and the driver im using the NVIDIA app almost 5-6 months im using the r5 only this week those symptom came up

The graphics driver for the CPU is AMD, not Nvidia. Please click that link and install the driver for the iGPU on the CPU.
