What's your budget, what's your monitor resolution and is their any components you have that you plan on reusing?
for a motherboard as i said before 450$ i have a 4k monitor but i just have it in 1080 hd cause of my eyesight and i will be reusing my 3080 rtx im not sure on ddr4 or ddr5 yet but that board has ddr4 and ddr5 if choose ddr4 board then i will just re-use my 32gb ddr4 ram if i don't reuse then ill be buying 32gb ddr5

This board down below has Q-Flash Plus which allows you to update the bios with a cheap USB flash drive 'before' you install the cpu, memory and gpu.

Gigabyte B660 GAMING X DDR4 $225.00

Intel Core i7-13700F $595.00

I would use a dual tower cpu cooler or a AIO with that cpu up above.
