Hello!

I am currently wanting to sink maybe $500-600 into some new components (processor.vid card, storage)

I currently have a newer AsRock 970 Extreme 3, 8 Gigs of GSkill Ram, Win7 pro 64bit, oh and a Rosewill 700 watt psu.

What can you all recommend?

Thanks

If you don't want to change mobo and alrady have a hard disk.

What cpu and gpu do you currently have now?
Also which psu?

I think the 970 will bottleneck the 8350 imo. Honestly i would go with an i-5 or if possible i-7 with a gtx 770 and 1 tb of wdd caviar blue.
do u plan on oc? if so then get the evo 212 but if not then no need to get it.
i7-4790k is 280 at microcenter
gtx 770 is around 280 on new egg
1tb of wdd is about 50 on new egg

My current cpu is a FX 4100, XFX 6870 and a Rosewill Stallion 700 Watt PSU.

I'm basically wanting some excellent performance in gaming, I currently play games such as Skyrim, Saints Row 3&4, Batman series etc.. Want something im not going to have to mess around with for awhile
