Hello Guyz!
I have a Dell Optiplex 755 (Small Form Factor), and I wanna upgrade it. It has core2duo E6550 2.33Ghz processor in it as I am on very tight budget so I cannot buy any new case or motherboard the components installed in my current PC are,
Core2duo 2.33Ghz (LGA755 socket type)
2Gb DDr2 Ram
256 intel express family chipset Q35
80 Gb hardisk
275 watts stock powersupply
So after too much googling I came to know that I can upgrade it to Core2Quad 8Gb Ram.
But my question is that can I add DDR3 Rams in it because finding a DDR2 Ram is difficult, and what's the best graphic card for my PC that works with 275 watts powersupply or tell me a powersupply that fits in my case (SFF) so that I can add a good graphics card in it. I don't wanna do very heavy gaming in it. I just wanna play games like GTA V, Euro Trucks Simulator 2, COD 4 MW etc.

Solution
Unfortunately, what was said above is correct. You are limited to DD2 RAM and the power supply is proprietary. Not that it matters as the motherboard's PCI-Ex16 slot is wired to 25 watts.

What I would do, as budget allows is:

First, upgrade the RAM. Get a 4x2GB DDR2-800 RAM kit. This also assumes a 64-bit operating system.
Next, I'd get an Intel Core2Quad Q6600/Q6700 processor.
Finally, I'd look to getting a low profile graphics card with no more than a 25 watt max power draw. Personally, I'd be looking at something like the GT730 or lower.

No CPU or graphic card is going to allow you to play high-end games very well (if at all). The games you listed above should run on low settings (after the upgrades...

I have the very same computer, and I upgraded it to a nvidia geforce gt 730, with a maximum power usage of 25W. It is truly the maximum card you can use for this computer. DON'T UPGRADE TO THE SUGGESTED QUAD CORE, DO THE INTEL CORE 2 DUO E8600 3.33GHZ off of amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Intel-E8600-3-33GHz-Desktop-Processor/dp/B0046T44YO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1535588588&sr=8-2&keywords=Intel+Core+2+duo+e8600, AND 8GB(4X2gb) OF ddr2 KOMPUTERBAY RAM OFF OF AMAZON: https://www.amazon.com/KOMPUTERBAY-PC2-6300-PC2-6400-Desktop-Semiconductors/dp/B00GXI9YC8/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1535588530&sr=8-7&keywords=8gb+OF+DDR2+RAM

This upgrade is the absolute MOST you can get out of an optiplex 755 sff. You could upgrade to a faster hard drive, but the sata cable/motherboard will only run at 3gb/s and and SSD could run where the front DVD-ROM drive is, but only the very little bit your motherboard and it's eSATA port can handle.
Upgrading to these newer optiplexes are not a bad idea:

The last one would be the best option because you have an upgraded motherboard/power supply, and a faster processor, faster DDR3 RAM, and support for the nvidia gt 1030 or a middle-level gtx!
