Upgrading fans in Dell Optiplex 9010

I have a Dell Optiplex 9010 mini-tower with a GTX1060, 32gb RAM and i7. I wanted to update the rear case fan which is 92mm. I bought this fan off of Amazon but it doesn't seem to work or be compatible with the Dell mobo?

The Dell mobo has a 4 pin connector for the fan so I got the PWM model of that fan since it has 4 pins. Should I have gotten the 3 pin and just not used one of the pins on the mobo? Any fan examples that would work with the case (other than the default Dell fan)?

Would this fan work?

Thanks!

Dell tends to use industrial grade fans like the ones in their servers for their office computers. It's very unlikely that an aftermarket fan will be better than what you already have. If you think you need something more powerful then look at what you have, and find the spec. sheet for it. Amps, RPM, CFM (airflow) Thickness in mm. and see if there is something from the same mfg. ( Delta, MTB, Sunon, Foxconn) If the fan is 92x25mm then a 92x38mm should move more air.

Thanks for the advice! It was more of me wanting to replace the fan since it's a little old (although working fine to be fair) and I shamelessly wanted to get an LED fan as well... If it'll make a negative impact on performance however I'd ignore that.
