upgrading for gaming pc

i do have 7870 2GB Card, Cooler master 500 w psu rest are all old components ( ausus m4a78 MoBo , 500 GB seagate , 2 gb DDR2 800 Mhz ) kindly suggest a good MoBo-PSU-RAM-HDD ( considering my graphic card and psu ) weather AMD or Intel which ever is future proof atleast for 2 years. name the components please, i use PC for gaming and bit of corel photoshop . my budget is 40000 INR ( indian rupee ) around 600 $

sir can i ask something out of this question do i continue using 2 year old psu or wait for DDR4 supported cpu and motherboard to release i heard may be released at the end of 2Q of 2014 ( wish to have the latest components in my pc at an ok price )
or i just go for this upgrade and i want to use cooler master 690 ii advanced , asrock 990fx extreme9 Mobo both are available in my country ( india )at reasonable price please ur suggestions on this
