Additional Comments: Just a computer that is able to run games like Tom Clancy's Division, Uncharted 4, Mass Effect 4 at a decent 50-60 fps or more.

In what order is the upgrade priority here ? Not really looking to completely build a new rig from scratch but if that's what is required then so be. Im mostly looking to upgrade my GPU and motherboard and maybe memory to 8GB instead of completely starting from scratch. What are some suggestions ?

if you going to upgrade the mobo, better upgrade the cpu too. no point of getting a new mobo with an old socket. so $450 for cpu, gpu and ram and mobo. What about the os?
