Upgrading for uni

So i'm doing comp sci in uni and I really want to make some upgrades before I got. I get blue screens every now and again and I don't know why, it may be because of my less than legit OS.

My build is as follows:
Power supply: Corsair CX600
RAM: DDR3 8GB (can pull other info off CPU-Z if needed)
CPU: AMD Althon II x4 640 3GHz
Graphics card: AMD HD 6670
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M

What can I upgrade on the cheap? 200 poundish

Pirated software is not something we can help you with. First get a legit OS, then we can probably help you, if still getting blue screens. Upgrading hardware is pointless, until that is ruled out as your blue screen problem.
