Ok so I studied up and looked at power supply requirements and est I needed around 600w when I currently have a 750w
So my currant rig is a Asus aspire predator g5920
Containing a i7 3.5gh processor quad core, 4x4gb ram (16 total)
And a manli gtx 560

So I install the disk for the upgraded gpu ( msi gtx1050 Ti)
I than turned off the pc supply and all, and install the upgrade, I'm left at the bios screen on boot up. As if it's not reading the program for the msi. I do some looking and see a suggestion on 3 or 4 forums. Take out the gpu and boot it without one. Than boot it with the new one..
I do so and get an unpleasant something is wrong beep 5 times every few seconds and it force shut Downs. I put in the old gpu and get the same results.
I am now computer less
Any ideas ladies and gents?

Would you be able to boot without the GPU? If yes, I suggest uninstall all the graphic drivers in the system first and then try to boot with the card IN. If successful, install the latest drivers for the GPU from the Nvidia website.

No built in graphics,
Did some checks with a good computer technician friend.
Only options are either broken bios or broken pins/ lose plug on the plug for the gpu for the mother board.
Either way solution is a new motherboard.
