[SOLVED] Upgrading from a Z97 Sabertooth

Hi there. I had a question regarding my mobo. I currently have a Z97 Sabertooth Mark 1 with an I7 4790k processor. I recently came into possession of a 3900X. Would this be a good upgrade to my build? Thanks for reading and for any advice!

You would need an entirely new PC to use that CPU. It won't work on that motherboard.
It is the wrong CPU generation and wrong Company as I7 4790K is Intel & 3900X is AMD.

But yes, its a good place to start on a new PC.
