I'm upgrading my PC from a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 and an AMD FX-6300 to an ASRock B450M PRO4 and a Ryzen 5 2600. I have windows 10 OEM installed on my 120GB SSD, and it's linked to my microsoft account. I also have a 1TB hard drive where all my games and programs are stored. I want to do a clean install of Windows 10 on my SSD to avoid conflicts in the future but I'm not really sure how to do that. Can someone walk me through how to do this?

Where, specifically, did the Win 10 license come from?
The "OEM" may not be a concern.

For the OS activation, read and do this before you change any parts:

Admirable
OEM copies are only for single systems. You will need to buy another copy. Besides that. Download the ISO from M$ website, put it on a flash drive and install onto the SSD. Once windows is up and running plug in your 1TB drive. Point Steam, Uplay, Origns, etc to the 1TB drive for the installed games and you are set!

After that, you may indeed need to do a clean install of the OS on your SSD.
How to do a CLEAN installation of Windows 10

Steam games on your secondary drive can probably be reused, but all your other applications will need to be reinstalled.

It is Windows 10 Home and I bought it from Fry's Electronics.

You purchased the Win 10 on its own?
If so, then you're fine moving that license to new hardware.
See my links above for the procedure.

A clean install on the new hardware is still recommended, probably required.
