I just want to ask if it's worth to upgrade from my current build to a new/used am5 one

Current build
gigabyte b550 gamig x v 2
ryzen 5 3600x
16gb ddr4 3200mhz
512gb nvme
corsair 550f power supply
power color 5700xt

to

Asus b650 plus ( either this one or the wifi version )
7600x ryzen 5
32gb ddr 5 6200mhz
1tb nvme
750w power supply
6950xt , 4070ti , 7800xt , 3080ti ( around 450£ )

It is worth it ? or i should just upgrade the graphic card

I do have a 1440p monitor and some games are strugle it whit fps due to the graphic card

I could get a 6970xt for the same pricfe as the 7800xt
but it is worth to upgrade to am5 now ? my budget can be up to 1100£ (1300$ )
I do play Destiny 2 , the first decendant , smite 2 and prob some newer games but mainly the first 2 i mention
Upgrade full pc or just the gpu ?
