and iam paying about 60$ as a difffrence ... tell me if it seems ok or not
As i have only option right now
and i also wanna play assassins creed unity on low budget 😀
right now iam playing it on amd cpu and its fuc*** laggy so will it help a bit ?
BTY gpu will be same for some time its HD5750 ddr5 128bit bandwidth 73.6gb

Solution
If the phenom was clocked around 4ghz it would probably play fine. 2.4ghz is pretty slow. The XEON will perform better but the graphics card is probably your problem.

A 750ti would be a good low power upgrade that will blow the 5000 series out of the water. They dont cost much. You get what you pay for generally.
