Will I need to reinstall windows? Will I need to uninstall my games and programs? Will the drivers be a pain? I am a very big noob at this so please forgive my stupid question...

Solution
Nothing else required, lucky they are both LGA1150 socket. Everything will run the same ... but faster!
If you went to a intel CPU with a different socket e.g. lga1155 socket, then you would need a new motherboard and would have to reinstall windows as 99% of the time it will be buggy to run the same windows on a new motherboard.
Hope the installation goes okay :)
