I am going to upgrade my gtx 760 next week, but I am still worrying about the 3.5gb issue of gtx 970...
I use it mainly for gaming such as battlefield 4, farcry4 etc..
My spec:
CPU : e3 1230v3
VGA: inno3d gtx 760
psu : corsair rm750
ram: 12gb 1333MHz
Monitor: asus vg248qe(1920x1080), another one is (1366x768)<--it is just the secondary monitor and I will not use it for gaming
I am thinking about this vga: iChill Geforce GTX 970 4GB Ultra
Is this a big upgrade for me? If yes then I will go ahead, thank you.

It's "fake rage" issue.

"You told us that it was 4.0 GB not 3.5 GB + 0.5GB"

With all the hoopla... it's appears to be very hard to duplicate the alleged problems. It still does the same thing it did before it came to light

... and doesn't seem to be hurting sales. Since the story broke, the 970s market share increased by 0.42% in February 0.24% in March .... the next closest was the

750 w/ 0.10% and 0.10%
750 Ti w/ 0.08% and 0.08%

the 3.5gb is not an issue, it was taken way out of hand, those great benchmarks that you saw when the card first came out are still the same as it would be today. its still the great card it was when it was released
