[SOLVED] Upgrading from HDD to SSD

Specifications
Cpu: amd a8-7650k
Ram: 8gb
Hdd: toshiba 500gb
Ssd: patriot burst 120gb

I tried cloning using AOMEI backupper but it won't boot. I tried installing fresh windows 10 but all I see is a blank screen with non blinking line

what are you using to install Windows 10;
a MS DVD,
a USB or DVD created with an updated ISO fresh from MS site, etc..?

You might try another cloning tool.....like Macrium Reflect.

I'm using a bootable usb, if I'm not mistaken, it is the one that that is windows 10 November 2021 update

it's always possible that the data on this drive is corrupted.
format this flash drive
and go through the linked tutorial and follow those instructions for creating a new package and installing.

For additional information, I have emaxx a70fm2+icafe motherboard. When I am booting from my cloned SSD. BSOD appears with critical process died

Yes it is, i found out that nvme is not supported but emaxx website says that sata SSD like Crucial MX500 is compatible. So I got my hands on a Patriot Burst 120gb SSD hoping it will work
